Yes, you can DIY whatever you would like. All professional decorations we request you go through our event rental company (Berlin Rental) unless preapproved to use another decor vendor. All vendors must be licensed and insured and preapproved before your event. No decor can be hung from the walls or ceiling.
Yes, we are BYOB. Beer and wine can be self-serve, or you can hire a bartender. Hard alcohol is allowed with one of our approved bartenders only. All hard alcohol must be served by a bartender with liquor liability and general liability insurance.
Yes, a $300 deposit is required. Deposits will be eligible for return within 3 business days of your event if the venue is left in the same condition it was received.
Giovanni's Event Space can accommodate up to 80 guests seated or 125 guests cocktail style.
Your rental time is the exact time you will be allowed in the venue so the time you book must include all set up and clean up time. We highly recommend 6 hours: 1 hour set up, 4 hour event, 1 hour clean up. This is generally what is needed to host an event. We have set time frames but please ask if you would like a different time frame or more/less hours.
